 Established in January 1994, the Court Mediation Centre, subsequently renamed as the Primary Dispute Resolution Centre (PDRC) in May 1998, provides court-based alternative dispute resolution services for parties to explore settlement options with a view to resolving their disputes without trial. This will result in the saving of time and litigation costs.The PDRC also includes online mediation and virtual dispute resolution in its portfolio.
