Information about procedures for application for copies of court records

Interested parties may apply for copies of court records. To obtain copies of court 
records, the requisite fees that are payable by the applicant are as follows:

          -Charges for every copy of any deposition or other document-S$5.00
          -Charges for each page of the document - S$0.30

An estimated fee for each application will be provided by officers of the 
registry upon the receipt of the application. Once the approval for the application 
has been granted, the confirmed amount payable wil be made known 
to the applicant

How to apply?

The applicant should complete the appropriate standard application form which 
can be found here.The completed form should be submitted in person to the 
Appeal/ Notes of Evidence Counter of the Crime Registry on Level 1 of 
the Subordinate Courts. Alternatively, applications may be 
faxed to 64355122.

Approval and notification of application status:

Once the application is made, it will be referred to a judge for his/her approval.
