The Multi-Door Courthouse (MDC), established in May 1998, is a user-oriented initiative in the Subordinate Courts. MDC’s mission is to enhance public awareness of the court system and the available avenue(s) to resolve disputes.

Towards this end, MDC provides information to queries regarding the various services within the Subordinate Courts and avenue(s) of mediation available for dispute resolutions. This is because being involved in court proceedings may be to most people a stressful and time consuming process, with the underlying factor of having to incur costs in pursuing the action. Information given in this pamphlet will enable the user to make an informed choice.
