Venue: Swissotel The Stamford, Singapore
The Asia-Pacific Courts Conference (APCC) 2010 seeks to promote awareness among judiciaries about the newly established
International Framework for Court Excellence (IFCE) and to encourage the use of the IFCE as a resource to promote judicial reform and improve court performance. The IFCE which was developed in 2008 by an International Consortium for Court Excellence comprising groups and organisations from Europe, Asia, Australia and the United States, is a framework of values, concepts and tools by which courts worldwide may adopt to assess and improve the quality of justice and court administration in their jurisdictions.
Who should attend
The APCC 2010 will provide a valuable opportunity for members of the judiciary, legal officers, court administrators, and legal academia to come together to learn and share the most effective ways to achieve court excellence through judicial reforms and best practices in the area of judicial administration.
